Laurence Kagan
Co-Founder
Laurence Kagan is Co-President of Kagan Cocozza Asset Management which he founded in 2010 after a career as a lawyer and then as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. He lives in Wynnewood, PA with his wife, Bethann and their two children Sophia and Jeremy - and is very active in childrens’ charities, serving as chairman of the board of The Frozen Lemonade Cup, Inc. - a multi-city youth ice hockey tournament that raises money in the fight against childhood cancer. He also has a passion for travel, food, boating, aviation and golf.
Michael Cocozza
Co-Founder
Michael Cocozza helped launch Kagan Cocozza Asset Management in 2010 after a career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Michael holds an MBA in Finance as well as an undergraduate business degree. Michael assists clients in developing long-term financial plans by employing a philosophy focused on risk management, tax efficiency and cost reduction. Michael’s practice is national in scope with clients from New Jersey to California. Along with his wife, Brooke, and 3 children he lives in Gloucester County, NJ. Michael enjoys the beach, Philadelphia and University of Maryland sports teams, and fitness activities.
